Victoria Carpets
From January 2013 - 2022, Victoria Carpets held a Royal Warrant to Her Majesty The Queen. They also supplied the iconic red carpet for the Royal Wedding of Prince William to Catherine Middleton, which was held at Westminster Abbey in April 2011.
In 2017, to move the business forward, the decision was made to move manufacturing to their Yorkshire and South Wales manufacturing units.
In 2018, further investment was made in the warehouse, by placing racking in order for our courier and sister company, Alliance Distribution to move into the same premises. This enabled us them give their partners a first class delivery service.
Towards the end of 2019, sister company, Distinctive Flooring merged as a partner to compliment Victoria Carpets. As a collective they would then become My Victoria in 2020, offering retailers both quality carpet and LVT from a UK leading manufacturer.
J2 Flooring
J2 flooring have been designing and producing luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) in their Lancashire Facility for over 14 years. The LVT and SPC flooring they produce is proudly available to buy through Brook flooring.
J2's ethos is to produce authentic, durable and beautiful floors, in the most environmentally friendly way. This is why all of their floors are manufactured to the highest standards available. This relates to the low emissions produced during the manufacturing process and also the content that goes into their floors.
All J2 floors are made without harmful chemicals and materials such as heavy metals and phthalates and have low emissions and pass strict tests in regards to indoor air quality. their floors meet the global standards and certifications. Understanding what goes into our floors, is very important to J2 and enables them to offer you the assurance that they are safe to be used in your home or business environments.
Westex
Their roots are firmly planted in sheep farming and the textile heartland of West Yorkshire. Westex was originally founded by a master dyer who wanted to offer a wider range of colour and quality within carpet manufacture.
Westex still draw on and develop that legacy today, weaving luxury and durability into their carpets by utilising the best blend of wools, spinning techniques, dyeing and tufting processes. It was 1973 when the founder, Mike Walker, started a small business from his family home. A flooring installer, his goal was to make the products more widely accessible. It wasn’t long before he recognised the immense potential of luxury vinyl, which would allow him to create beautifully designed flooring that was also durable and easy to maintain.
Mike set out in his van with some samples and his faithful Great Dane, Smokey, to visit customers and carve a niche in the flooring market.
